When scrolling through my social media , millions of gorgeous Women and Men dance on my screen. Looking fabulous and sexy they are clearly glowing. They move their body in seductive ways, Sometimes is a bit ... well 'Vulgar' but each to their own!
Anyway! I am guilty of reading their comment sections, I made that mistake one day and now I've never been able to look back. If you have never found yourself in the comment section of an Sex Workers social media page, Consider yourself pure. The comments are horrible, Disgusting and very 'in-human' (If you are looking for a blogger who uses correct English, you've come to the wrong place). The majority of negative comments come from religious folks , who are certain that they are somehow 'saving' this Sex worker by belittling them. The other half of negative comments come from broken Boys and Girls who are clearly using the platform as a punching bag for their own self hatred and disgust.
The comment sections themes consist of all sort of dehumanising statements about the sex workers morals, standards, Relationships Sometimes even as far to threaten rape, Murder and other forms of horrific violence. As a Sex worker myself, These comments obviously make me feel sad and unwanted in our society, despite my RIDICULOUS monthly tax contributions ( Get fucked). But it had me curious, How does this effect the people who are BUYING the content?
Here is the interview, After you have completed reading this following section we will have tea and biscuits and decipher this questioner
INTERVIEW WITH MR SMITH
Q: Why do you use Onlyfans compared to other sites/ (e.g Pornhub, Fansly)
A: I started using Onlyfans as a way to feel connected and intimate with others during lockdown 2020. Overtime Onlyfans has proven to be a trustworthy site, No scams and all payments are monitored so there isn't any funny business. Personally I find Pornhub to be very dehumanising and crude. I enjoy the personal and intimate experience which is impossible to find on Pornhub.
Q: What's your opinion on the porn and adult entertianment industry?
A: I think it could be quite harmful to the younger generations, The ones who are exploring sex for the first times as well as impressionable young people who might make decisions they could regret. At the end of the day, Most of the Sex we see online isn't real sex, This could be harmful to our Youth. Personally I think most porn leads to rape culture. I personally don't feel comfortable watching graphic or 'dehumanising' porn.
Q: Does it effect you knowing that others might see your actions as a buyers 'Evil' or 'Bad'?
A: Not really, Sometimes it can make me feel a little strange paying for these services, But to expect them for free would feel even stranger. I know that im not making these choices to harm anyone, I make these choices for my own benefit. The only people who are making it a negative experience are the people leaving those nasty comments.
*Pours piping hot tea into your cup
Here is what I gathered from that interview. This single Man is using a safe platform to fulfil his basic needs of human intimacy. He is cautions about which creator he supports and how they make him feel. He finds intimate human connection, Fulfilment and honestly through these services leaving him feeling seen and heard... It sounds pretty simple to me.
In my humble opinion, Sex working is a taboo topic due to religion and the patriarchy ... DUH. Since the dawn of time they have needed a way to shame 'Non believers' and 'Outlaws', So what better way to do so then shaming them for fulfilling a basic need that we all desire... HUMAN INTIMACY. I could go on and on about why we choose sex working rather then being a office bitch... But that will have to be another article.
I don't believe the shame is justified! Not everyone is comfortable exploring kinks and deffrent sexual experiences, Not everyone is comfortable having sex! Sex workers are like medication, We alow you to feel, heal and explore the parts of yourself that you might not be able to do on your own or with a partner that is unexperienced. as a final thought...
I think one of society's biggest downfalls is putting the expectation of sexual courage on women and men who are NOT sexually experienced. I think this is harmful.
We need sex Workers
Let me know what your take on this topic is! Spill the tea SIS.
HAVE A BLESSED REST OF YOUR DAY
Stay Sexy

With Love ... Phoenix x
Well put by both of you. I'd add the arrival recently OF and other creator sites has been positive, in putting sec workers directly in contact with consumers.. givigg creators a great deal more power and control. Though not completly.
In my case it also provides the opportunity to financially subscribe to creators i admire, and in cases, know.
And in your case, reward your push towards some inovatevly creative endevours, including this one. Go you!
